1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Karoid platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Karoid is a real-time driving performance analysis platform for commercial fleet managers. The service includes a manager dashboard, AI coaching for drivers, GPS tracking, and performance reporting.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- The 30-day free trial is available for new accounts only. No billing during the trial period.
- Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renew. You may cancel anytime from your customer portal.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to Karoid's systems.
- Resell or redistribute the service without written authorization from Karoid.
5. Intellectual Property
Karoid and its contents (software, algorithms, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of Karoid Inc. No license is granted on Karoid's intellectual property beyond normal use of the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Karoid provides the service "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, Karoid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
7. Termination
Karoid reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
8. Modifications
Karoid may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
